RENTALS DEPARTMENT

The rentals services of Hanel Houses have been provided through our Rentals department within the company.
Now, in order to reach a more professional and effective rental results, the rentals services and management
will be handled by an outside company rather than a department in Hanel Houses. This company will only be responsible for rentals of Hanel Houses.
The previous arrangements, agreements and net incomes that have been made and agreed with each owner for 2008 will be valid and continued.
All our marketing channels and agency agreements of rentals will be kept by them. The annual rental registration fee,
which was 200 GBP, has now been reduced to 150 GBP.

We are transferring them all our rentals data, working & advertising, booking control systems and organizations.
The name of the rentals web site will be changed to www.oyatours.com.

who has been working with us for a long time in Hanel Rentals Department.
