With property value rising, due to increasing demand from private foreign investors for the extensive rental potential of apartments and villas, property bought in the near future should see an increase in its capital gain as well as substantial rental income earnings.
Many families coming to Fethiye have spent days out of their summer holiday viewing apartments, villas, mountain village homes and beach club properties not realising they have an opportunity to come back later in the year for a property inspection visit. The initiative behind an inspection visit is to preserve potential foreign property purchasers of their precious family holiday time and allow the viewing of beautiful holiday homes in peace and comfort. The itinerary is tailored to suit each individual purchaser with 4* hotel accommodation, a professional guide and airport transfers all provided for by us.
Included in an inspection visit package:

Day 1 – Visitors to be greeted at the airport by a member of Hanel Houses sales team who will act as a personal guide and assist with any questions or queries regarding accommodation and property purchasing.
Day 2 – Following breakfast, the guide will arrive at the hotel to discuss plans for the days ahead and clarify details of the types of properties available and areas in which they are located. The areas and properties chosen for the day are visited with breaks taken for lunch and refreshments.
Day 3 – After breakfast, the guide will arrive at the hotel to pick up the visitors for an opportunity to see other properties in another area or re-visit homes from the previous day.
Day 4 – This day can be used to accompany the guide, to the Hanel House Headquarters on the seafront of Fethiye, to discuss in detail the administration involved in buying a property in Turkey (contracts, costs, legal requirements). The after-sales and support teams can also explain the options of furnishing a property and explain the financial benefits of renting out a property.
Day 5 – Although there is no obligation to buy, after a few days of viewings and discussions, many inspection visitors have found their perfect holiday investment home and use the last days of their visit to complete paperwork, pay the deposit fee and choose fixtures, fittings and furnishings.
